Class Topics

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

1. Herbs & Chakras Workshop Workbook - available for purchase in September. Price to be announced soon.

2. Loose herbs - There will be a few herbs to prepare before each class. A list of needed herbs will be emailed to you once you register/pay.

You may order a monthly supply of 5 herbs for each workshop for $28.00 (shipping included within the US)

OR

You may order the entire collection of herbs for the whole program (32 herbs -about 1/2 to 1 oz of each herb) for $177.00 (tax, shipping & handling included).

3. Alcohol for tincture making. While vodka is usually the best choice, you can also use brandy, cognac or tequila instead. Each has to be at least 80-proof (40 percent alcohol) to prevent any mildewing of the plant material in the bottle. 100-proof (50 percent alcohol) is also great.

4. Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, & Food Grade Glycerin are great to have as well since some recipes will call for these ingredients.

5. Before each module begins, an email is being send out with information on upcoming classes.
