Herbal anti-iflammatory blend for temporary use. To prepare, place 2 tbsp of herbs in a small pot with 1 Qt of water. Bring it to a soft boil, cover and let it simmer for about 30 min. Drink 2-3 cups a day for 3 weeks. Repeat after a week break.
